Care PlanBack to support

If your doctor has a record of your diagnoses they will automatically be transferred to your Qure4u profile.

If you do not yet have any record of your diagnoses but want to add them to your Qure4u profile, click on the 'Add' icon that shown in surrounded by the red outlinebelow. When you’re finished click ‘Save’.

To edit your list, click on the pen icon in the corner of the box.

To add another diagnosis click on 'Add diagnosis' and then 'Save'.
