We want to transform health care

Qure4u is the leading platform for Patient
Engagement and Remote Monitoring

Every day thousands of patients,
providers and caregivers use Qure4u
to connect and share data

Qure4u is a health management and care coordination platform optimally designed for today’s rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. The company was founded in Denmark in 2001 by Dr. Monica Bolbjerg and Torsten Bolbjerg. Qure4u was officially launched in the U.S. in January, 2015.

In the late 1990s, while working as a doctor in Denmark, Dr. Bolbjerg realized many of her cases could have been avoided if people were more engaged with their health. So it began as an idea; that if people had access to their health information through an online platform, they could lead healthier lives.

Over the past fifteen years, Qure4u has evolved into one of the most dynamic, patient-centric, health management and care coordination platforms in the world. Throughout the years, the platform was developed and deployed to meet the needs of European value-based and single payer healthcare systems. Healthcare systems that reflect many of the attributes and drivers that are now emerging in the U.S.

Today, more than 1.8 million patients and thousands of clinicians use the platform to educate, engage and coordinate care in Europe, South America and the United States.

Qure4u reaches across EHR silos, collecting and consolidating health information in one highly interactive, patient-oriented platform. With patient authorization, Qure4u can electronically access 175 million health records, from hospitals, clinics, physicians’ offices, pharmacies and laboratories, throughout the U.S.

Providers can use our platform to quickly and efficiently establish shared care plans, and the technology prompts the patient to self-monitor and perform self-care in the home. Secure messaging and video calls can be made from within the platform, further enhancing coordination and communication.

Home monitoring is supported through more than 60 integrated devices and apps that automatically populate the platform. If critical-to-care parameters migrate outside of the care plan’s criteria, alerts are triggered to designated providers or coordinators, as well as the patient. This enhanced level of patient care visibility helps eliminate duplication of services while also providing the infrastructure for population management and analytics.

The company’s global headquarters is located in Bradenton, FL.
